Intensive cleaner:

  • ECO Plus: Especially gentle to people and nature. Please find more information here.
  • Tested and verified for use in food preparation areas. (Including large-scale kitchens, bakeries, butcher’s shops, supermarkets, counters in restaurants and cafes, etc.)

Hold the kitchen utensil to be cleaned (baking tray, grill, pan, etc.) under running water and remove burnt-on food with the DuoPad or Dish Butler. In the case of stubborn burnt-on food and grease, spray undiluted Intensive Cleaner onto the fibres or the Stainless Steel Spiral Ball, dissolve the dirt and then rinse it off with lots of water. Do not use the Stainless Steel Spiral Ball on coated pots and pans.

Important: The surfaces must have cooled down completely.

Intensive Cleaner: 

  • With unknown surfaces, follow the maintenance and cleaning instructions provided by the manufacturer. Carry out preliminary tests if necessary.

Pro Stainless Steel Spiral Ball: 

  • Do not use on coated pots and pans!
  • To clean in the dishwasher (simply place in the cutlery basket); remove loose dirt under running water before doing so.

  • Please observe: Wash all fibres and cloths before first use. Do not use fabric  conditioner. For optimal cleaning and care of your fibres and cloths, we recommend the JEMAKO Wash Pouch as well as our special Detergent.

  • Do not use on sensitive surfaces (e.g. varnish, paint, acrylic glass)
  • With unknown surfaces, test the material compatibility at an inconspicuous place
  • Do not use on hot surfaces
