Today the Netherlands, tomorrow Belgium – and then? You are our key link to the markets in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France. You will expand existing markets and develop strategies to optimally position our sales partners. With an analytical mindset, you will evaluate data, translate trends into action, and always stay ahead of the market. Your instinct for business development drives us forward – and our team is counting on you!
What you do:
- Develop strategic initiatives to expand direct sales in the BeNeLux countries and France
- Analyze market developments and identify country-specific needs for tailored sales strategies
- Monitor key sales figures and initiate optimization measures when necessary
- Expand sales activities in the countries and take responsibility for sustainable revenue and partner growth
- Support and train our sales partners while fostering their professional development
- Actively contribute to projects and collaborate closely with the leadership teams of our sales partners
What You Bring:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a sales-focused position
- Strong sales expertise and strategic thinking
- Fluent in English, Dutch, and German (French is a plus)
- Willingness to travel and high flexibility
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset and IT affinity, particularly experience with ERP systems and MS Office
